VenueScan is committed to maintaining your venue’s compliance obligations whilst protecting your patron’s privacy. We minimise the data that our sign-in systems collect where the data is not required to be held by law and does not assist in venue operations.

The data collected depends on your venue’s type, entry method, and the data collection policies enabled for your venue.

Go to dashboard.venuescan.com.au .
Expand Terminal in the left sidebar under Venue Settings.
Choose General.
Under Data stored, toggle off Date of birth or Portrait.
