Audit logs

Audit logs record important actions taken within your venue’s dashboard, giving you a clear history of changes over time.

Retention and deletion

Audit logs are automatically deleted after 30 days. The venue admin can also manually delete individual logs at any time.

Once a log is deleted (whether manually or automatically), it is permanently removed. There is no backup and it cannot be recovered.

Events that are logged

  • Ban, self-exclusion, or flag created
  • Ban, self-exclusion, or flag updated
  • Ban, self-exclusion, or flag deleted
  • Visitor entry deleted
  • Team member invited or removed
  • QR code settings changed
  • Terminal settings changed

View audit logs

  1. Go to dashboard.venuescan.com.au .
  2. Choose Audit Log in the left sidebar.

Delete an audit log

  1. Go to dashboard.venuescan.com.au .
  2. Choose Audit Log in the left sidebar.
  3. Click the three dots next to the log entry you want to remove.
  4. Click Delete and confirm.
