Dashboard access

VenueScan uses a passwordless login. You’ll receive an email with a secure sign-in link each time you sign in. There is no password. You may optionally create a passkey to authenticate to your account - this is more convenient and secure.

Access the dashboard

1. Go to dashboard.venuescan.com.au .
2. Enter your email address and click Continue.
3. Check your inbox for a sign-in link from VenueScan and click it.

The link expires after 10 minutes. If you didn’t receive it, you can request a new one from the login page.

Add a passkey

A passkey lets you sign in using your device’s fingerprint, face, or screen lock instead of waiting for an email link.

1. Go to dashboard.venuescan.com.au .
2. Click your email address in the bottom left, then choose Manage account.
3. Choose Security.
4. Under Passkeys, click + Add a passkey.
5. Follow your device’s prompts to create the passkey.
