Appearance

The sign-in form shown to visitors when they scan a QR code can be customised with your venue’s branding, welcome message, and legal links.

  1. Go to dashboard.venuescan.com.au .
  2. Expand QR Code in the left sidebar under Venue Settings, then choose Appearance.

When you have unsaved edits, a bar appears at the bottom of the page — click Save changes to apply them, or Discard to revert.

Upload a logo to display at the top of the sign-in form. PNG, JPEG and WebP images are accepted — click the preview box or drag and drop an image onto it. Large images are automatically resized, and transparent backgrounds are supported (shown over a checkerboard in the preview).

Accent colour

Sets the primary colour used for buttons and interactive elements. Enter a hex value or use the colour picker.

Background colour

Sets the background colour of the sign-in form. Enter a hex value or use the colour picker.

Title

The main heading shown to visitors. Defaults to Visitor Sign In.

Subtitle

A line of text below the title, typically used for a brief compliance notice or instruction.

Terms of entry URL

If set, visitors will be shown a link to your terms of entry on the signature page before they sign in. Must be a link starting with https://. Leave blank to show no link.

Privacy policy URL

If set, visitors will be shown a link to your privacy policy on the signature page before they sign in. Must be a link starting with https://. Leave blank to show no link.
