Appearance
The sign-in form shown to visitors when they scan a QR code can be customised with your venue’s branding, welcome message, and legal links.
- Go to dashboard.venuescan.com.au .
- Choose QR Code in the left sidebar.
- Click the Appearance tab.
Click Save changes after making any updates.
Branding
Logo
Upload a logo to display at the top of the sign-in form. PNG only, maximum 5MB.
Accent colour
Sets the primary colour used for buttons and interactive elements. Enter a hex value or use the colour picker.
Background colour
Sets the background colour of the sign-in form. Enter a hex value or use the colour picker.
Welcome screen
The welcome screen is the first thing a visitor sees when they open the sign-in link.
- Title: the main heading displayed on the welcome screen. Defaults to Visitor Sign In.
- Subtitle: a line of text below the title, typically used for a brief compliance notice or instruction.
Terms of entry URL
If set, visitors will be shown a link to your terms of entry on the signature page before they sign in. Leave blank to show no link.
Privacy policy URL
If set, visitors will be shown a link to your privacy policy on the signature page before they sign in. Leave blank to show no link.
