Manage team access

Invite a new user

  1. Go to dashboard.venuescan.com.au .
  2. Choose Team in the left sidebar.
  3. Click Invite Team Member in the top right.
  4. Enter the team member’s email address and press Send Invite.

The team member will receive an email with a link to activate their account. Once they’ve activated it, they can sign in to the dashboard.

Remove a user

  1. Go to dashboard.venuescan.com.au .
  2. Choose Team in the left sidebar.
  3. Click the three dots on the right of the user’s row.
  4. Click Remove member.

The team member will no longer have access to the dashboard.
